The position is temporary to permanent and will start with 15-20 hours a week and go up from there as your position becomes mature and established.
You must live within 15 miles of Smyrna Georgia and have a stellar driving record and background report.
What the position details: You will be timely, professionally dressed while with clients and in the office. Our accepted candidate will be proficient in MS office, FMLS and GAMLS.
Your day to day job will be returning calls, normal office tasks, filing, organizing, creating flyers, talking with vendors, contractors, speaking with real estate agents about their properties for sale, prospective clients who call for our services and information, preparing and following up on client flies and transactions, dropping off marketing materials and signs at properties for sale and keeping the schedule of the lead agent together and on time. You will help prep for appointments, create/order gift baskets for clients, manage the client database, order signs and other marketing materials for the lead agents. Work hours to start will be from 8:30 to early afternoons Monday through Friday and some weekends.
For the right candidate, this position will grow and evolve into a very lucrative director of sales position, helping to run a team of sales professionals and admins.
